Price Changes
ATTENTION! Please see below price changes for Civil Filing Fees and Expedited Passports implemented throughout the state of Georgia.
Pursuant to the signing of SB322 by the Governor, effective July 1, 2024 there will be an additional $4.00 added to the filing fee on all Civil Filings. Updated prices for Civil Filings are below:
- Civil Filings (Civil, Domestic, Modifications, & Garnishments): $219.00
- Divorce Filings: $219.00
- Sheriff Service Fee: $50.00
- Notary Public: $55.00
- Trade Name Filings: $175.00
Effective June 28, 2024, The State of Georgia has increased the Expedited Passport prices. The updated Expedited Passport prices are below:
- Adult Expedited Passport Books: $211.36 (Payable to US Dept. of State); $35.00 (Payable to Clerk of Court); $10.45 (Payable to USPS)
- Adult Expedited Passport Book and Card Combos: $241.36 (Payable to US Dept. of State); $35.00 (Payable to Clerk of Court); $10.45 (Payable to USPS)
- Minor Expedited Passport Books: $181.36 (Payable to US Dept. of State); $35.00 (Payable to Clerk of Court); $10.45 (Payable to USPS)
- Minor Passport Book & Card Combos: $196.36 (Payable to US Dept. of State); $35.00 (Payable to Clerk of Court); $10.45 (Payable to USPS)
** Please note that there is only one $10.45 fee to USPS per family for expedited passports.

Processing times for U.S. Passports have been updated to 4-5 weeks for regular processed passports and 2-3 weeks for expedited processed passports.
