The Appling County Superior Court Clerk’s office accepts Superior, State, Civil, and Juvenile e-filing though PeachCourt. This e-filing portal allows online electronic filing for Superior and State Court cases in Appling County.
However, The Georgia Superior Court Clerks' Cooperative Authority allows online electronic filing of Real Estate documents (Deeds, Liens, UCC's, and Plats.
Both of these electronic filing portals require accounts for access.
