The Appling County Clerk’s office is proud to announce that Real Estate documents may be filed online.  In an effort to provide ease and convenience, the Appling County Clerk’s office, in conjunction with the Georgia Superior Court Clerks’ Cooperative Authority, has developed an online electronic filing portal. Filings may be submitted to the Appling County Clerk’s office either through The Clerks Authority or they may be filed manually by mail or in office.

Real Estate Filing Fee: $25.00

** Please note that if you are filing a Quit Claim Deed, a PT-61 is required. Once you have completed the PT-61, be sure to print it and include it with your filing. Click the link below to file your PT-61.
